Build your signature.
Customise your design, add your logo, links, and any call-to-action banners.

Click Publish Signature once you’re happy with how it looks.

Copy and share your link.
Open the Sharing Options, copy your Sharing Link, and send it to your teammates however you like — email, chat, or Slack.
Each teammate can open the link, edit their own personal details, and install the signature in their preferred email client — all without changing your layout or design.
Tip: This is the simplest way to roll out a new signature to a small team or department.
Streamline Team Rollouts (Plus Plan)
The Plus plan adds a few time-saving tools for larger teams or admins who want to avoid sending dozens of links manually.
You’ll see two additional options in your Sharing Menu:

Send invites directly from Signature Hound.
Provide a list of teammate email addresses, and we’ll send each of them their sharing link for you. No need to copy-paste or chase people down.

CSV upload for pre-filled signatures.
You can upload a CSV file (download our format template first) that includes each teammate’s name, title, phone number, etc.
We’ll generate individual sharing links with their details already filled in — all they need to do is install.
CSV sharing on the Plus plan is limited to 50 entries per upload. Perfect for small to mid-sized teams.
Scale & Brand Your Experience (Pro Plan)
For growing teams or agencies managing multiple brands, the Pro plan unlocks more powerful rollout and branding tools.

Upload as many team members as you need — no limits on CSV size. Perfect for company-wide launches or multi-department rollouts.

Full white-label experience.
Upload your own logo and we’ll apply it to all sharing links and any invitation emails sent on your behalf.
When branding is enabled, all Signature Hound styling and logos are removed — so your teammates receive an email and link that look entirely your own.
