With our new Analytics feature, you can finally measure how recipients engage with the links in your signature. From tracking visits to your website and social profiles, to monitoring clicks on booking buttons or promotional CTAs, you’ll gain clear, actionable insights into which links perform best and how your team’s signatures contribute to overall engagement.


What You’ll See

Your analytics dashboard makes it easy to track:

  • Clicks over time – See engagement trends for the past 7, 14, 30, or 90 days.

  • Link breakdowns – Find out which links drive the most clicks (e.g. website, LinkedIn, YouTube, scheduling links).

  • Sender performance – For teams with multiple users, filter results by sender to compare engagement across team members.


How to Enable Click Tracking

  1. Go to the Analytics section of your signature.

  2. Toggle on Enable click tracking.

    Note: If your signature is already installed on your devices, only CTA button clicks will start tracking automatically, and sender email filtering won’t be applied (which makes sense if the same signature is used by multiple team members). To enable full tracking — including all existing links and sender-based filtering — you’ll need to reinstall your signature.

  3. Watch your dashboard populate with real-time insights as people click your links.

  • With UTM tracking in place, you can attribute sign-ups, bookings, or conversions directly back to your email signatures.
